Roller, gravity and belt conveyors for material flow in production
Roller conveyors and gravity roller tracks tailored to your production
Conveyors from Enprag are modular structures for the continuous transfer of piece goods, containers and bulk material between workstations and the warehouse. Roller and gravity conveyors made from the tubular modular system are 700 mm wide, 900–942 mm high and 1,000–4,000 mm long, with a load capacity of 100–400 kg depending on length. Frames made of stainless steel or plastic-coated tubes can be rebuilt, and the height can be fine-tuned with levelling screws within ±50 mm.
Gravity conveyor or powered belt conveyor?
A gravity conveyor uses the slope of its roller tracks – the standard incline is 3° and is adjusted to the weight and type of container, so the transfer needs no energy. It suits KLT containers and cardboard boxes between neighbouring workstations. Enprag builds the powered belt conveyor to order: all dimensions can be adjusted, and it also handles bulk materials and piece goods in distribution centres. Standard variants of the roller conveyor and of gravity conveyor 22052602 are in stock; other types are delivered within 2–8 weeks.
Where does a gravity roller conveyor pay off?
A gravity roller conveyor with PL-401F roller tracks, 40 mm wide, feeds parts directly to the assembly point on a FIFO basis; the return track for empty containers is placed above or below the picking level. Conveyors link up with assembly lines, shelving systems and transport trolleys; karakuri feeding without an electric drive can also be designed.

How to choose a conveyor
- Material conveyed – KLT containers, cartons, individual parts or bulk material.
- Drive – gravity or drop conveyor with an incline of around 3°, or powered belt.
- Length and load capacity – 1,000–4,000 mm and 100–400 kg for modular conveyors.
- Connection – workstation height, return track and link to shelving or trolleys.

Frequently asked questions
When should I choose a gravity conveyor and when a powered conveyor?
Choose an Enprag gravity or drop conveyor for containers and cartons between workstations – tracks with a standard 3° incline move goods without energy. We build the powered belt conveyor to order for bulk material and piece goods, with delivery within 2–8 weeks.
How do conveyors ensure a continuous flow of material between workstations?
Enprag most often achieves continuous flow with gravity or driven conveyors connected directly to the workstations, with a return track for empty containers above or below the picking level. You can fine-tune the conveyor height by ±50 mm with levelling screws.
Can parts be fed without an electric drive (karakuri)?
Yes, Enprag designs custom karakuri applications that feed parts using only the slope of roller tracks inclined at around 3°. You receive the design and 3D visualisation free of charge before the price quotation.
What load capacity do roller conveyors have?
The Enprag roller conveyor 25100230 carries 100, 200 or 300 kg depending on its length of 1, 2 or 3 m, and gravity conveyor 25100332 carries up to 400 kg at a length of 4 m. Gravity conveyor 22052602 carries 200 kg per level.
