Worktops – solid beech, laminated and ESD boards for workshop tables
Workbench tops: solid beech, laminated chipboard or ESD board
Worktops are the core element of every workbench, and their material determines load capacity, surface resistance and maintenance. Enprag supplies worktops in widths of 1200–2050 mm and depths of 700–900 mm: solid beech worktops 40 mm thick with a load capacity of 500 kg, chipboard boards laminated on both sides and ESD boards 19 mm thick. The worktops fit the tables and frames in the assembly tables category.
Solid beech worktop for heavy-duty workshop use
Glued solid beech withstands the highest loads: the Worktop beech joint, dimensions 1200 x 750 mm is 40 mm thick, weighs 23 kg and carries 500 kg. The surface is treated with a linseed oil solution with additives. Beech worktops come in widths of 1200, 1500, 1550, 2000 and 2050 mm at a depth of 750 mm, the DPS version also in thicknesses of 25 and 50 mm.
Laminated and ESD worktops for assembly and electronics
A laminated chipboard worktop is coated on both sides, easy to clean and intended for dry environments; the Worktop laminated on both sides 1200 mm is 25 mm thick, complies with EN 312 and comes in white or grey. For electronics, use the Work ESD board laminated on both sides, 1500 x 700 mm with light grey laminate to EN 61340-5-1; complete tables fitted with it are available among the ESD workbenches.
