Beech joint worktop with PP board, width 2000 mm x depth 750 mm, thickness 25 + 15 mm. This is how a combined board is created, where the beech joint ensures good physical properties and the PP board, in turn, good chemical properties. The color of the plates is white.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PE AND PP BOARDS:

1. PE (Polyethylene) boards with a thickness of 15 mm are attached to a beech joint with a thickness of 25 mm, thus creating a combined board, where the beech joint ensures good physical properties and the PE board with good chemical properties. We offer PE boards in white as standard.

Polyethylene extruded sheet basic information:

  • higher chemical resistance
  • good impact expansion
  • damping and impact resistant even at low temperatures
  • well weldable
  • well thermoformable
  • waterproof
  • very good electrical insulating properties
  • recommended for food storage
  • physiologically unsuspicious
