The Enprag rail system is an aluminium monorail track that precisely guides wheeled carts along the floor according to the FIFO or LIFO principle. It is designed for warehouses, material supermarkets and kanban supply in production, where stock is put away and picked at the same time. The anodised aluminium rail takes wheels up to 40 mm wide and is cut to size up to a length of 5,000 mm. Approach feet, floor brackets and an end stop complete the system.

Monorail track for FIFO and LIFO supply
The rail system from Enprag consists of anodised aluminium monorail rails fixed to the floor that precisely guide wheeled carts with wheels up to 40 mm wide. The rail is sold by the metre and cut to size up to a length of 5,000 mm, so you can match the track to the depth of each storage location. Carts loaded on one side are removed on the other side (FIFO) or on the same side (LIFO) – put-away and picking can therefore take place at the same time.
Where is a FIFO rail used?
A FIFO rail is used in kanban warehouses, material supermarkets next to production lines and wherever stock is moved on platform trolleys. Guidance in the rail keeps the carts in line and improves warehouse visibility and floor space utilisation. The rails can be used on their own with approach feet, or complemented by a gantry that serves as navigation to the individual rail positions. Carts and gantries are built from components such as the pipe modular system or the aluminium profile system.
Monorail rail mounting and accessories
The rail is anchored to the floor with a bracket and dowels; at the entry, an approach foot ensures that the cart runs in smoothly and can be fixed by drilling or gluing. The end of the track is secured by an aluminium end stop 10 mm high and 35 mm wide. Fasteners are included in the sets – DIN 7380 M6×10 screws and rectangular nuts.
