ESD antistatic trolleys from Enprag are used to safely transport sensitive electronic components between workstations and the warehouse in ESD protected areas. We offer shelf trolleys with 3 or 5 shelves and a total load capacity of 240 kg, plus a height-adjustable trolley with a range of 650–890 mm. All have shelves made of ESD laminate, Ø 100 mm wheels and a frame of stainless steel or black pipes; they are designed for electronics production, laboratories and service centres.

Antistatic shelf trolley for the safe transport of components
ESD antistatic trolleys carry electronic components and assemblies without letting electrostatic charge build up on them. The frame made of the pipe system carries shelves of 18–19 mm thick ESD laminate, the trolleys run on Ø 100 mm wheels and the shelf models carry a total of 240 kg. Enprag supplies every ESD structure with a certified measurement report, so the trolley can be used in an ESD protected area (EPA) with confidence.
Antistatic shelf trolley with 3 or 5 shelves?
Both shelf trolleys have a footprint of 918 × 568 mm and shelves measuring 850 × 500 × 18 mm. The antistatic rack trolley with three shelves 24040233 is 964 mm high and each shelf carries 80 kg – ideal as a mobile parts trolley next to the workstation. The trolley with five shelves 24040237 is 1530 mm high and carries 50 kg per shelf, so it moves more containers at once.
Height-adjustable ESD trolley as a mobile workstation
The height-adjustable antistatic trolley 22112852 has a 1000 × 700 mm surface made of 19 mm ESD laminate, whose height you set in the range of 650–890 mm to match a table or machine. All trolleys are available in stainless steel with silver connectors or in black with silver connectors. They match our ESD antistatic workbenches and ESD anti-static cabinets.
