Aluminum joints are aluminum connecting elements of the pipe modular system that join tubes into frames of transport carts, tow trailers and workbench add-ons. Standard AJ series joints weigh only 11.4–67.3 g, AJA series joints for the sturdier HEAVY profiles 47–420 g; all come with a 2-year warranty and resist corrosion. They are supplied per piece without fasteners.

AJ series connectors for aluminum tubes

AJ series connectors for aluminum tubes are designed for lightweight structures where weight matters – for example hand-pushed carts or workbench add-ons. The lightest aluminum joint AJ-08 weighs 11.4 g, AJ-07 13.6 g, the more massive AJ-04 61.3 g and aluminum joint AJ-03 67.3 g. The range is completed by joints ACS-70 (52 g) and IN-403_H (18 g) and the aluminum profile AJ-3143 with Ø 25.4 mm, 4000 mm long and weighing 420 g/m. Steel tubes, by contrast, are connected with metal joints.

HEAVY aluminum couplings for higher-load structures

HEAVY joints marked _H have a sturdier profile and are compatible only with HEAVY products. Joint AJA-01_H weighs 60 g, AJA-04_H 141 g and the most massive aluminum joint AJA-45C_H 420 g. Guide wheels ALR-500_H (60 g) and APJ-90_H (67 g) are used for moving parts; screws and nuts can be found under fasteners.
