Square tube modular system – tubes, ESD table bases and caster brackets
The Enprag square tube modular system consists of galvanized square steel tubes 40×40 and 45×45 mm up to 6 m long, plus connecting and caster brackets, adapters for round tube profiles, bases for height-adjustable ESD tables and laminated worktops. It is suited to building rigid frames, square tube tables and mobile structures in production and warehouses. Most components are in stock and Enprag will design a custom structure from them.

Square steel tube structures from 40×40 and 45×45 mm profiles
The square tube modular system is a construction solution made of square hollow steel sections 40×40 mm with a 2 mm wall and 45×45 mm with a 3 mm wall, galvanized and up to 6 m long. It is complemented by brackets for plate-mount casters, connecting brackets, adapters for round tube profiles, bases for height-adjustable ESD tables and laminated worktops. The profiles are strong, light and easy to connect. The system belongs to the Modular systems – components category.
Square tube tables: SP and SPEX bases for height-adjustable ESD tables
Bases for height-adjustable antistatic tables have a working height of 650–950 mm, a width of 1200, 1500 or 1800 mm and a depth of 700 or 900 mm. In the SPEX series the overall height with the upper frame reaches 1812–2250 mm; the SPEX157 base carries 300 kg. The steel profile frame is finished in grey RAL 7035 with ESD coating. Suitable tops are double-sided laminated worktops 25 mm thick in sizes from 1200×900 to 1800×900 mm, ESD boards and shelves 300 mm deep.
Mobile square tube structures: caster brackets and connectors
Trolleys and mobile frames use corner brackets for plate-mount casters – the corner bracket SJ-1SV for 40×40 mm tubes, measuring 114×190×190 mm, and SJ-1-45x45_SV for 45×45 mm tubes, also in a reinforced version. The center brackets SJ-2SV and SJ-3-45x45_SV carry a caster in the middle of the frame. The corner connecting holder with stops SJ-99_SV joins 40×40 mm tubes, and the adapter SJ-010-45×45_SV connects a 45×45 mm tube to the round profile of the pipe modular system. The brackets have a silver finish and a 2-year warranty.
