Take a look at the news that we presented at this year's engineering fair in Brno.

In mid-October, the 64th edition of the International Engineering Fair (MSV) took place at the Brno Exhibition Center, which brought a number of innovations and new technologies. As a regular participant of this fair, we had a unique opportunity to present our latest products and applications that responded to the key theme of the fair – sustainability and efficiency. You were able to view and test constructions and solutions with us, which have the potential to significantly improve the efficiency of industrial processes and at the same time contribute to the sustainability of resources. In this article, we will look together at some of the novelties that you were able to get acquainted with at the fair.

 

 

The most significant point of our exhibition was the introduction of a new construction system, the aim of which is to streamline and simplify internal processes related primarily to the handling of heavy materials. The system offers high flexibility and durability without the need for welding. Thanks to this, structures can be easily modified or expanded without complicated modifications. This feature provides the ability to respond to rapidly changing needs and continuous optimization of internal processes.

The system will find its application in a number of different branches of industry, especially in the area of ​​storage and logistics. Other products that you could see at our stand are multifunctional packaging tables. Their unique combination of aluminum profiles and a customized pipe system represents a popular and affordable solution for industrial applications. One of the advantages of these tables is their great modularity. This means that the configuration of the table can be easily adapted and accessories can be added according to current needs and requirements – lights, drawers, perforated panels, hanging containers as well as ergonomic height-adjustable legs.

 

As part of the exhibition, you could also see our karakuri shelves. Unlike the racks you may know from classic stores and warehouses, these racks use gravity and mechanical principles to efficiently organize and handle loads. This system eliminates the need for electric drives and motors, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs. Karakuri racking enables smooth movement and movement of objects in production, which improves productivity and increases the leanness of the production process.

 

 

Handling trolleys from both the tubular system and aluminum profiles are also becoming the industry standard. You could also see and try them at the exhibition. Thanks to these systems, the trucks are durable, reliable and easy to operate. In addition, their design allows for simple adjustment and customization. Our exhibition offered an overview of the available variants of tubes, roller tracks and other accessories that allow you to create a custom-made trolley for various industrial applications.

 

 

Visitors to the exhibition could also try out a trolley made of aluminum profiles, which was equipped with electrically driven wheels. Thanks to this feature, up to 500 kg can be tightened with one finger.

 

     

 

In addition to novelties from lean manufacturing, visitors also had the opportunity to explore our wide range of proven metal furniture. Each piece is made of quality materials and adapted to demanding requirements.
